9.0Sehr grosse, top eingerichtete Zimmer. Grosszügige Gartenanlage mit schönen Pools, sehr grpflegter Garten mit einer grossen Vielfalt von Palmen, Blumen und Pflanzen. Sehr gutes Buffet morgens & abends
− Essangebot am Mittag in allen Restaurants gleich, eher teuer, jedoch gute Qualität. Yoga nicht inbegriffen, muss separat bezahlt werden.
An unforgettable stay
10.0Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms are incredibly spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The huge floor-standing mirror is definitely the highlight of the room and adds a touch of elegance and luxury. Everything was spotless throughout our stay. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition—they visited our room two or even three times a day to ensure everything was perfect. Towels were replaced every morning without fail, and in the afternoon they would check the room again, provide fresh towels if needed, and replenish the complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was outstanding: delicious, fresh, and with an impressive variety of options to suit every taste. The pools and sunbathing areas were exceptionally well maintained. The water was always pleasantly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler days. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back!

5.0The room was clean and the beds confortable, the staff is nice
− The beach with good sand is not that close, maybe 10 min till you get there, the one with black sand is closer, like 5 min, but it will burn your feet if you step on it. The food is ok, but if there are more people you will have a big time to wait until they prepare the meats or fish, last day at breakfast there where more than 6 people waiting at the omlet station... Hotel is ok, but i had higher expectations, that's beacouse at the Grand El Mirador everithing is on another level
