Overbooked and poorly run.
5.0The beds were comfy, clean and big. The showers are lovely and the room a good size. Plenty of seating for breakfast and the food was good.
− I arrived just after midnight having booked 3 rooms to be told that the policy of the hotel is to overbook and that I may need to find another hotel. A very unenthusiastic young member of staff went off to check IF rooms were clean or not. How did staff not know this already? Who am I being told that we may not have rooms when there clearly were and I had a paid booking? I find this awful and the customer service appalling. I also arrived in my room to have a noisy fan with no air conditioning. I appreciate the rooms do not have it fitted but at least invest in better equipment.
