− Room was disgusting, bugs in the bed, curtains were black. We left the hotel after 1 night, staff gave us a refund but was not a comfortable stay.

1.0Paus PUTRID, filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in with the worst staff ever, rude, no information, stained mattress, dirty coffee cups and kettle, cleaned the fridge before using it for sealed bottles of water and it was mouldy and dirty pool cloudy, broken boards on paths with nails sticking out. Actual pictures attached
− We left a 4 night stay 2 nights early, with no refund offered we were just glad to get out, would have left immediately if we were able to find alternative accommodation. There is something VERY off about this place.

3.0− We were really disappointed with our stay at Paus Putih. The room was full of mosquitoes, yet there was no insect spray or any way to manage them. There was also no fridge in the room, which made storing drinks or medication difficult. The hot water was unreliable, there were no towels provided when we arrived, and there were no pool/beach towels available either. The beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable—the pillows were so lumpy that getting a decent night’s sleep was almost impossible. To top it off, the kitchen closed an hour earlier than advertised, leaving us without access to food after we’d planned our evening around the stated opening hours. Overall, the property fell well below our expectations, especially for the price. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
The place was ok. There was no information about any thing from the staff. The food was very basic.
