6.0Food was amazing, staff is super sweet and helpful. Was not happy with condition of room my first night. The sheets were dirty and I had to call and get them changed even with a late check in. Night time security was a little creepy. I traveled solo and one of the guards was getting a little to personal for my liking made me a bit uncomfortable one night when I was walking back to my room. Other than that felt super safe there and everyone else was very friendly and accommodating. Would not travel here solo unless o had a room close to the main area but if I was with friends or a partner I would revisit.

10.0My go-to Hotel in Puerto Plata, the best Hotel in the area if you want to relax in a quiet environment - no loud music , great facilities and beautiful views of the golf course . Staff was really friendly and always willing to help , highly recommend this hotel !
