5.0The property was clean and good location to beach
− You pay 800.00 for 3 night you don’t get anything to clean your kitchen wear you don’t get any paper towels the beds r rock hard and staff needs to be more aware and more friendly

4.0They did provide coffee and juice when it wasn't out of order. Liked that there was a full fridge and located by the beach.
− When asked for towels was told they didn't have any. However eventually 1 was provided. Hotel was not very clean.
This was one of the worst hotel stays ever! We will never be back!
1.0I liked the size of the room.
− The hotel staff was rude and brushed you off constantly. There were never any towels available which was unclean. There was never any pool towels either. The bedding was rarely changed you had to ask and ask for it to be done. The hotel room was never cleaned unless you asked repeatedly. Even then it was half ass. The a/c didn't work all the time. The juice machine was broke. The toilet paper was barely ever replenished. The phone was broke, You could not hear anyone in it. The side door by the staircase where you wash you feet off never locked anyone could walk into the hotel at any time. There were never any available carts to carry your things to and from your room. The stay was absolutely awful. When we came to enjoy our stay we could not relax in the hotel when we had to do our own cleaning and could not stay in a clean room.
