− no crock pot of oatmeal only instant & only whole walnuts for topping no belgium waffle maker chairs in dining area made LOUD annoying noise on tile when pulled out from tables
Don’t Stay Hete
2.0Absolute ghetto. The front desk worker JASMINE denied our reservation as we were a “no show” for our first night. Travel caused this delay. I was told we have to call the front desk to let them know. Why? So they can book the room that we already paid for to other guests for a night? When I questioned this policy that I have never heard of, she not only hung up on me but LIED and told IHG that I used foul language when speaking to her. Let’s hear the recorded phone call. She flat out lied! She is obviously lacking in customer service skills with minimal talent, hence working at a Holiday Inn in the fraud state of Minnesota. I have traveled two weeks per month for the past 5.5 years and never encountered anything quite like this. I guess that is why I primarily chose Hilton for business travel - as a diamond elite member I’ll be cancelling my card and will be done with IHG - including all my staff. Other family members stayed here and were not impressed with the hotel or her attitude. Adios

10.0I enjoyed my stay and I can't believe how many negative reviews I saw about this hotel. I hadn't stayed here before the remodeling but now it is very nice. It's clean, bright, welcoming with a wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. My room was modern with a wonderful bed. I recommend staying at the Chanhassen Holiday Inn Express!
