10.0This place is great service was amazing. I made a mistake on my check out date Orrione and was business at the conference. She held my room, rebooked me and did it all with a smile. It was completely my fault and she handled it like a pro. The service at the front desk and the bartender were both amazing. I highly recommend.

8.0I liked that it was central located to everything that I had planned to do. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
− -The $100 fee -The water took a long time before it got hot -I was not able to get my bill when I checked out and still have yet to receive it. -The guy that checked me in did not tell me I had a $18 credit per day to use at the bar or restaurant. I found out because I overheard him tell 2 guests on my second day there and when I asked about it he didn’t apologize for not telling me therefore I since I found out late I didn’t get to fully use it all.
