9.0Should be really nice location in Winter. Clean, good beds, good kitchen.
− In Summer there is nothing to do there and no possibilities to reach anything by foot, basically need 15+min by car to go anywhere. Garage parking is really narrow, don't go there with a bigger car, almost impossible to park. No toaster. Not so good sound isolation.
