8.0Was a good location and underground parking. Nice and tidy. Friendly staff.
− We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights at the start of the week and booked directly through the hotel. Same room configuration except we had integrated dishwasher, microwave, cutlery. The second time we booked through booking.com and got none of that. Not even a fork. The beds are pillows not the best but this is why I bring my own pillow.

7.0− Surely after all these years the elevator brakes could have some nylon spacers to stop it from clanging every time it starts and stops. Get it serviced properly!!!
