4.0Lack of customer service. A lady didn't do the courtesy of informing me and my wife she worked there and if we needed anything, which we did. Coffee grinder wasn't working, most likely its missing a piece or its simply very old and not working, zero cell service and property doesn't offer their wifi info so there was NO WAY of contacting the office. The only reason i realized she worked there was after I Noticed her stopping by the other cabins. The main house is up the road but our driveway wasn't plowed both mornings I was there. On checkout day, the man plowing the main road notices that I am almost done shoveling the 6 cars can fit driveway and says, oh i can do that. Not bothering to first and foremost apologize for not doing so the day before. Just says, he didn't want to do it before 9am on checkout day because he didn't want to wake up anyone. Thus having me wake up early in order to shovel the snow so I can leave before or by 11am checkout time. Rules also stated we have to take the trash to the bins near the main house -again, snow issue, not to mention, what is the cleaning fee and housekeeping for if not to do just that. I did get a text saying we can leave the trash in the cabin and they will get it due to snow levels - again, no cell service until you are way down the highway so that text was received after I had left the property with the trash because i was afraid of extra fees being applied if I left it in the cabin.

10.0I stayed here for two nights to provide "Trail Magic" to my daughter and friends hiking the PCT. The cabins almost straddle the trail at mile 250. The location is truly ideal. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and has a small but sufficient kitchen and outdoor gas BBQ. The bed was super comfy and the shower was hot! I had fairly good cell coverage with Verizon. Form this location, I was able to skip back from Mission Springs Trail Camp and ahead to Big Bear on the trail over some rough forest service roads in a rented Jeep Wrangler.
