Wonderful welcome to your hotel by the exceptional receptionist. Very good room service. Everything needed was provided. Loved the location of our room and the beautiful gardens.

There was 2 ladies on a reception that we had met, older lady i had an really unpleasant impression and didn’t like to communicate with her her answer was cold and judgmental, junger lady was super sweet and helped a lot with our problems. In general in a room shower is big, room is clean, breakfast was good enough.

Generally a good stay, some things to still improve

breakfast was good, room was clean and air conditioning worked.ok.

− Cleaners kept slamming the doors making a lot of noise when cleaning the rooms. Instead of slamming the doors the hotel should invest in some door stoppers so the cleaners can keep the room doors open while cleaning. We got a water bottle delivered at 23:00 without asking for one. The staff member used the master key to open the door when we were sleeping. That is completely unacceptable.

Here are my upsides: 1. The hotel location is only 5-10 min drive to old town or the marina or new town. The location is perfect. 2. There is a free van that takes you from the hotel to old town it leaves at 9:00, 12:00, 15:00 and 18:00. 3. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions or complaints. The hotel was very clean and our rooms were cleaned daily, during our 4 nights stay. 4. The Breakfast was excellent with many options like pancakes, croissants, sausages, bacon, eggs, orange juice, different cereals, coffee machines and plenty fruits etc. 5. There are 3 pools with plenty of spaces to relax on the lounge chairs. 6. Great air conditioning in bedrooms.

− Here are the downsides for me: 1. I wish breakfast did not end so early at 10:30 am. 2. The natural lighting from the balcony was excellent however, My room did not have enough lighting from light bulbs, in my opinion. So it made my room very dark at night time. 3. I also wish the bedroom doors did not slam very loudly. 4. The wifi speed was disappointing. My own mobile data worked way faster ! 5. On arrival, I was shocked to find that the white shower curtain in my bathroom was badly discoloured with brown residue, at the bottom. I had to complain 3 times before the shower curtain was changed. I am happy that it was resolved but still shocked that I had to meet this condition on arrival. I would stay at this hotel again and would also recommend for a family with children.
