− 床很難睡，兩個人建議選擇兩小床。否則只有床伴翻身會被晃醒，床很晃。枕頭不好用。 硬體設施偏舊

9.0Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage, das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen im La Seine sind fantastisch
− Also am Frontdesk war das Erlebnis nicht so toll. Wenn man nach 27 Stunden Anreise einchecken will und der Checkin nicht klappt nach zig Anläufen weil das Hotel nicht in der Lage ist Mastercard zu akzeptieren und man dann aufgefordert wird man soll doch den Kompletten Betrag für die Übernachtung an der ATM Machine abholen, die aber nur 170 € max pro Versuch ausspuckt, ist das für ein Hotel mit einem gehobenen Anspruch das aller letzte. Für das Frontdesk Team daher 0 Punkte
