Poor Service and an Unacceptable Experience
2.0Very disappointing experience. My son and I arrived late, around 11:45 p.m., and the service from the front desk was unfriendly and unwelcoming from the start. The biggest issue was that our room received a 5:15 a.m. wake-up call that we did not request. We didn’t get settled and into bed until around 1:00 a.m., so being awakened just a few hours later was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the room was also very dirty and did not meet the standards I expect from a Marriott property. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I will not be staying at this property again.
Very nice staff and property
10.0Staff was very nice and property was very clean,only issue was grabbed 3 bottles of water when we came in late one evening and found it was $31 for 3 bottles. Think that’s excessive and biggest issue no prices were posted on the cooler.
