− Old, dirty rooms and hallways. Pizza box left in the hall for 2 days. Hall carpet was never vacuumed and had stuff all over it.
Fab location but rooms need doing badly , old and dirty
3.0The hotel is in a fabulous location
− The rooms are shabby and dirty , urine in toilet when we arrived, room dirty , shower didn’t work and we reported it staff could be bothered to log complaint, when we finally go a staff member to see to the shower the maintenance man couldn’t fix it but left crumbs all over the bathroom floor and sink , he’d obviously been having his dinner while in our room.. shocking to say the least !!
