6.0It was clean and very close to everything. Rooms are big.
− The smallest things attract a lot of ants, staff hitting people staying with a lot of force which I seen multiple times for them doing minimal things ,eg, speed walking but was laughing aswell and got smacked across the face. Was told our room was a disgrace but looked brand new.
