8.0The resort is a is a great location close to Kapa'a. The room has many nice updates, including bathrooms and kitchen and hardwood floors.
− The carpet was a little rough for the wear, and appeared to be left out of the updates.

− The rooms are completely outdated, and they seem dirty, especially the kitchen, with greasy appliances. The patio furtiture was rusty. The general sensation is that no one is investing a single dollar in the rooms since they were purchased.
