10.0This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Compliments to everybody who works at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, and thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome last week.

6.0A nice hotel that is in the process of being touched up. The room was lovely and modern but the dining and general areas are old fashioned. No floaties or balls are allows in the pool, which to a child is quite a big thing. As there are not many children there, the odd one or two floaties should be allowed - infact they were on certain days depending on which manage was on. All a little confusing and stuck in time. Putting green needs repair as well.

10.0recently stayed at Jardines de Nivaria and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff Yidan from the restaurant was amazing . I would definitely stay here again in the future.

10.0The hotel, staff, room and facilities were of a very high standard, as were the nearby Resturant and shopping facilities, however the resort was a bit untidy and in need of modernisation and a good clean.
