10.0We had a great experience staying at The Lodge. The room was spacious with access to a shared balcony. The Moover bus (shuttle to the mountain) was located right at the bottom of the hotel driveway. Alternately, the mountain was an easy 10 minute walk. Quick drive to lots of restaurants along the main road. Mini fridge in the room, netflix on the TV, and shovels available to dig your car out. The front desk staff was super friendly. I wish the Tavern on site was open - it's an empty bar. But great rec room to play pool/darts. There's an indoor hot tub so bring your suit! Overall great experience. We will be back.

4.0Unfortunately our room had multiple smells such as: fecal matter (mattress and floor) and deodorizer, and a vent smell. It seems like the cleaners used may also have had strong smells. It was unfortunate given the proximity to mountain and cost! The front desk staff was responsive and arranged a new room which was less smelly (just vent and general cleaner smell) was off-putting at times. Breakfast spread was decent for kids, new room bed was comfortable and not smelly. Downside is large lodge/tavern area was dirty and fireplace not operational.
