Good last minute option but we will rethink for next time
7.0Great location of resort and room, Room was spacious and had everything that was needed
− Could not enjoy the rooftop spa as much because there were active wasp nests that we observed wasps flying to and fro. I am allergic to wasps so that was a huge disappointment as the spa was a big drawing card for us. In the middle of the night a picture from above the bed fell off the wall and hit my husband in the head. It gave us a huge fright and my husband now has bruising to his forehead
Overall, very nice. It was the break we both needed.
7.0The staff were all lovely. The location was perfect. It wasn’t too crowded either.
− The pool was very cold. We had four false evacuation alarms in three days, one of them being very early in the morning and we even had two in the same morning! We reported the airconditioner in our room (432) as it was very loud, creating issues sleeping and we also reported the light bulb was out in the Al over where the tv was. Neither were fixed though.
