Un desastre de hotel:
2.0Queridos amigos, permítanme contarles la pesadilla que vivimos en este supuesto “hotel”. Al llegar, nos encontramos con tres habitaciones en un estado lamentable: polvo por todas partes, suciedad que daba grima y unos techos con manchas de humedad que olían fatal, mejor no comentar sobre las camas. Nada que ver con lo que prometían en su publicidad, como ya habían avisado otros huéspedes. Nada de ascensor ni "terraza". Fuimos a quejarnos a la recepción, y la respuesta fue de risa: “A ver si podemos llamar a una limpiadora”. Pero la cosa no quedó ahí. Cuando quisimos volver a las habitaciones, ¡las puertas ya no abrían! Un disparate y una broma de mal gusto. Hacedme caso: si os queréis un poco, no piséis este sitio. Buscad otro lugar donde os traten con un mínimo de respeto y no os hagan pasar un mal rato. Un saludo, 3 viajeros hartos

2.0La información del hotel en todos los portales donde lo hemos visto anunciado es un fraude. No tiene ascensor, ni servicio de conserjería. Te mandan hacer el check in en el hotel Villa de Aranda y cuando llegas al Puerta de Aranda te encuentras una puerta vieja, unas escaleras estrechas y empinadas y un alojamiento peor que una pensión de mala muerte. Llamamos al reservar avisando de que íbamos con carrito de bebé y no nos comentaron nada del ascensor. Al llegar, nos asignaron la tercera planta!! Apestaba a tabaco, vuelta al otro hotel a cambiar la habitación y nos dan una en la primera planta que estaba sin limpiar. A la tercera, con sus correspondientes paseos escaleras para arriba y para abajo con maleta y carro de bebé, acertaron. La recepcionista mostró cero interés en solucionar el problema y el malestar causado, es más, nos intentó tratar de tontos. No me volvería a quedar allí nunca. Parece un local por horas (nada más hay que ver la foto del cabecero).
