Unexpected Billing Issue at Check-In
2.0I was inadvertently charged twice for the same room, which I had originally booked through the website. When I inquired about a possible issue, I was assured there was none. Despite this, I was asked to provide my card again and was subsequently charged a second time. I stay here frequently, so this experience was especially disappointing.

10.0Remodeled rooms since my last stay were super clean and lovely. Great choice on dining, all offering different, unique tastes for every palate. The pool refreshing and they offer poolside food and beverage service.
