In all of my stays, which counts well into the hundreds and fortunately includes a few 5-star properties, I’ve yet to encounter someone as personable as JC at the front desk. From the moment we arrived today, he made my family and I feel like VIP guests. We’d just gotten in after a morning flight and a long drive up in a rental car, and my toddler was already over the day. JC interacted with my son as if he were his own family, bringing him crayons and things to color on and even hanging my son’s artwork up by the front desk while we were down there. It was adorable and memorable, and my son doesn’t typically warm up to people quickly but they became friends in a matter of minutes. This is what the hospitality industry should be, and my wife and I are so appreciative that it led me to write this review. Keep up the great work!

Great location for 4th of July 250th anniversary

Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront location has great views of Matanzas Bay and the Bridge of Lions. We came here for July 4th weekend and were not disappointed. Unfortunately the balcony rooms on the Bayfront were unavailable, so we booked a corner balcony room overlooking the historic district buildings and iconic streets filled with boutique stores. We were on the second floor overlooking Charlotte Street/Treasury Street. We could hear the live music from the Saints restaurant next door at night. Very little car noise at night. Public street parking maybe hard to find during busy times such as July 4th weekend and the lots were slightly expensive. Luckily most restaurant and local attractions were walkable so we left our car in the hotels, where the valet was also expensive but convenient. You can also buy a ticket to the Hop off and Hop on trolley right at the Hilton front desk, which takes you to the different tourist attractions that was slightly farther away. For July 4th, the hotel had a BBQ in front of the hotel. It was nicely done. The staff went above and beyond to make the event enjoyable for the guests. Tents were set up for outdoor seating, to eat grilled food, drink and listen to music. At night, you can see the fireworks right outside the hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit St. Augustine again.

We had a wonderful time at this Hilton. The customer service was exceptional. My wife and I are on a road trip from South Florida Washington DC stopping multiple times at various Hilton. We can both highly recommend this Hilton. A special shout out for Brett, who clearly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable I wish all of our Hilton experiences could be this good

Beautiful property walking distance to town. Very nice rooms and breakfast was exceptional. Music in the evening.

− Water pressure was horrible. It was hard to wash my hair and even after 20 minutes I didn’t feel like all the shampoo was rinsed. I didn’t use the Pool but noticed it was very small.
