10.0Our stay was nothing short of spectacular—truly a 1,000,000/10 experience! Everything was exceptional: the food was absolutely delicious, the hotel was spotless, and every detail exceeded our expectations. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. A huge congratulations to the entire staff for providing such outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The excursions were amazing, everything was perfectly organized, and the customer service was simply outstanding. I genuinely don’t have a single complaint about our stay. I will recommend this hotel with my eyes closed to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. This was my first time visiting Mexico, and I completely fell in love with it. The entire experience was beyond amazing, and I can’t wait to come back. I’ll definitely be returning very soon!
