− More staff, better quality of food and drink, choice of food rather just a very bad quality buffet. We told staff member on checkout how bad it was with no reaction or apology

9.0This was a second visit at the fort. Superb quality hotel with helpful staff. Book the Michelin star restaurant when you book, it's excellent. Secure parking for motorcycles. Breakfast was good.
− Smallish rooms but fine. In our room, one socket didn't work, a problem for all our chargers etc.
