2.0Never book there!! We got to the place at 15h30 and no one was there to meet us. We texted the hosts, we yelled “hello” couple of times and after an hour we left and had to book a room elsewhere. We asked for a reimbursement which they refused!! They even argued with us and with an agent of hotel.com. Plus this place says it is from a walkable distance from Monsanto. It is not. We have seen in the comments that it did happen to others. Don’t book there! You’ll see the exchange of messages we had! So infuriating!

10.0After looking again said should contact about check in time but a call worked when there. Road to accommodation was tight and up to parking area was hard. Helpful staff and nice accomadation.
