8.0Tile floor was very dirty. The pictures were true to form, but the rooms were redone on the cheap. (Ie. Painted cabinets instead of new ones, fake subway tile in the showers, areas prime did not finish painting. We did enjoy the full-size kitchenette and fully stocked dishes, etc.. back patios were subpar- just dirt and a fence. Frustrated that they charge a resort fee when it is not a resort. All that said, the middle of the building with the hot tub and glass fire pit was very nice.

10.0A good margin in the summer. The spa closes early, 9:00pm and they enforce it, sort of a bummer. Overall very satisfied and pleasant decor.
