− I had requested smart t v upon booking confirmed check in. They put me on the 7th floor where I know they do not have smart T.Vs, the lady said, I was wrong.But once again I was correct. It would not be a big deal but portuguese is my second language and I needed this time to relax after a week of translation and got none.

10.0Spacious and comfortable room, amazing views of Manaus, very friendly and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast! The girl at the reception, Grazy, was so helpful and nice, spoke perfect English which made it so easy to get answers to questions and she made our stay at the hotel even more comfortable.

There is no hot water on site.
