BAD COMMUNICATION, RUDENESS, SLOWNESS
2.0The whole experience was rude and slow the chinese or whatever she is manager was so rude when I called up there about them still trying to charge my card for a whole misunderstanding that one of her employees caused… the lady told us at 4 in the morning saturday that we could check in and wouldn’t have to check out until sunday night, the room was $184.70.. we left the room to go get something to eat we come back they are trying to say we need to check out and that we would be charged again.. I called her to get a understanding she was telling me “ You thought you was gone get away with it” who in they right mind would pay $200 for 1 damn night in a hotel in AMERICUS GA. I will never ever be booking there again and I don’t advise any other young folks to either, it definitely gave they was trying to get over on us, instead of letting me speak with the lady that caused this whole confusion she steady saying she the manager and these are the rules like girl tell your employee that then!
