The hotel was clean, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the location was very good.

− Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing because of the way the early check-in situation was handled. We arrived at the hotel around 5 a.m. because we had an early flight. Since the official check-in time was 2 p.m., I contacted the hotel through Booking.com in advance to ask whether early check-in was possible. I was told that it could be arranged for an additional fee. However, when we arrived, the receptionist seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. He simply told us that check-in was at 2 p.m. and that he could not help us. We were two young women who had just arrived in Istanbul in the middle of the night, exhausted from travelling, and we were left wondering what we were supposed to do at 5–6 a.m., especially as it was still dark outside. Only after I showed him proof of our conversation on Booking.com, confirming that early check-in ywith breakfast and accommodation was possible for an extra charge, did he agree to help us. He then showed us a room and said that he would not recommend it because it was small and had a very poor view. However, he said we could stay there temporarily for the additional fee if we insisted. He told us to check out of that room by noon the following day, explaining that he would inform his colleagues about the situation and that we would then be given our originally booked room at the official check-in time of 2 p.m., as the room we were staying in was supposedly not our assigned room. We agreed because we were completely exhausted and desperately needed some rest. We slept for only about two hours and checked out of the room before noon, as agreed. We went down to reception with all our luggage, only to find a different receptionist who had absolutely no idea about the arrangement. He told us that all the rooms were occupied and that only the room we had already stayed in was available. Naturally, we were very upset.

Расположение идеальное- рядом удобная зеленая ветка метро, до аэропорта 1 пересадка. Вокруг много магазинов, пешком можно дойти до Гранд базара и достопримечательностей Фатиха. Завтраки вкусные - овощи в разном виде, яица, омлет, каждый день разный суп, сыры, маслины, ветчина, дыня, виноград, халва, нагетсы, сосиски, хлопья, курага, джемы, шоколад, выпечка, чай/кофе, напитки. Каждый день меню немного разное. Матрас удобный. Ночью тихо.

− Подушка на любителя (низкая), лейка душа работала не исправно, очень узкая душевая кабина.
