Exceptional luxury with focus on the environment not wasteful excess
10.0Huge selection for breakfast. We had to leave early one our check out day and staff let us pack a lovely breakfast for the evening. The lounge access was a great addition with stunning views, nibbles and drinks. All staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive but gave us space too.

− The toilet was smaller than what we would expect for a hotel of this size and grandeur. Please improve the quality of the toilet seats. The plastic seat feels thin and low-quality - very uncharacteristic of a 5-star hotel. In addition the toilet seat of the room we stayed in gelt slightly tilted
