2.0− Rooms weren't ready. Our room was smelly like a dog. Breakfast wasn't good.
We did not stay!!
1.0− We ended up canceling our reservation at the front desk because the swimming pools were out of service!! We chose the hotel because they had 2 swimming pools and both were shut down.
Disappointed for the price.
4.0It was clean. Breakfast was okay. Staff were nice.
− Booked this hotel so the kids could swim. Wasn’t told the pool was closed until check in. Lady said she tried to get a hold of me but couldn’t since I booked through Booking- even though they did text me the pre- registration prior. The beds were small and moved a lot. Blinds were very dusty. Remote didn’t work and a guy had to come fix it. The bathtub didn’t have a drain stopper so my son couldn’t get a bath and was too scared for a shower since it was just a black hole.
