1.0Absolutely nothing! Worst mistake I ever made. The heater didn't work which we discovered at 7pm at night. There was no book or folder or any kind of paperwork for someone to help. We tried to sleep fully clothed but the bed was like concrete with minimal blankets for winter. Horrible experience and noisy and prison like.
− After complaining and requesting a refund they claimed we could have reached out!!! Not sure how as there was no phone or contact info in the room. We were situated near the dump they called smokers area. The bathroom tiles have never seen bleach until I actually hit it with exit mould myself and the photo was after I cleaned it! Didn't think to take a before picture, it was an absolute dump. The list goes on. Nasty.
