10.0Le confort des lits, la propreté de la chambre. Je souhaite remercier infiniment madame Hatice Yilmaz du housekeeping pour son travail, son amabilité et sa bonne humeur. Elle fait très très bien son travail et vous pouvez être sûr d’avoir une chambre niquel après son passage. Le buffet était varié et frais, les repas étaient très bons et c’était préparé de manière très propre.
− J’ai trouvé que l’équipe d’animation était quasi inexistante. Durant mon séjour de 8 jours, je les ai vu 1 fois. Ils devraient être un peu plus actif. Dans l’ensemble tout était parfait dans l’hôtel.
