− the female employee woke me at checkout yelling at me then bitched that I wasn't up told me she hated being at the hotel then told me if I didn't leave in ,5 mins she was calling police on me .I was exhausted because the hotel previously was a shit show n I got hardly any

3.0The lady at the front desk tried to help me with my reservation while I was on the phone with booking. com.
− There was only one baggage cart so we had to wait a half hour just to unload our bags(late at night, driving 16hrs, two toddlers.. not fun to wait longer) The kitchen had nothing in it...I was looking forward to feeding my family... didn't know or have funds to stock the kitchen. The shower had no shampoo. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for my reservation cancellation to be approved. There is one lady who works the front desk that seemed willing to help me out with my cancellation.
