Disgusting room. Won’t stay again

− Room was disgustingly dirty. No one told us until we checked in that we were in a pet friendly room. We did not have pets with us. The room smelt like animals. The floor (hard and carpeted area) felt greasy/sticky/slimy. Ruined the whole experience honestly. The room just felt gross. Won’t ever stay here again.
Nice plave to stay since it is nearby town

− It is comfortable staff are nice but my thing is the place has smell kike it is strong chemicals that they used for cleaning purposes I understand they wanna make it spotless clean but they over did it I couldn't breath easy like I want to chekc out immediately to get out of this place

− Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The toilet water tank had problems and didn't work properly, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, one of the pillows had a really bad smell, making it unusable. We reported both issues to the manager at check out on the front desk, but his only response was, "OK." He didn't apologize or show any concern, which made the situation even more frustrating. Better maintenance and customer service would greatly improve the guest experience.

− The land isn't private like the island but that's not the workers fault. Just experienced something heartbreaking during my last visit.
