7.0Die Dame am Empfang war vorbildlich hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte eine Küchenzeile. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen eigenen absperrbaren Raum mit Steckdosen zum Akku aufladen. Bequemes Bett.
− Die Lage im Gewerbe-Mischgebiet der Unteren Stadt ist so lala: weit weg von der Oberen Stadt auf der anderen Isarseite mit der schnuckeligen Altstadt und den schönen Restaurants. Alle Zimmer sind im Dachgeschoss. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Ich war an einem heißen Tag da und es war grenzwertig heiß im Zimmer. Der Kühlschrank hat nonstop die ganze Nacht durchgebrummt - auch auf der allerkleinsten Stufe. War etwas nervig. Es gibt kein Frühstück. Nur in der Bäckerei schräg gegenüber. Ich würde es eher als Monteurunterkunft beschreiben anstatt Touristenhotel.

− Mein Zimmer war nicht mal mittelmäßig! Der Bodenbelag war nicht optimal Die Dusche konnte nicht ganz zu gemacht werden, da die Gummiabdeckungen defekt waren.
