DANGER, DO NOT COME IN THIS HOTEL
2.0It was a horrible experience, you must shut down. We arrived and there was no hot water or heating. They changed our room and put us in a tiny hole meant for one person, but we were two. Even there, nothing worked. Later the owner came and fixed things, but we had to go back and forth 300 times. There is no number to call the reception. And the worst part comes at the end: my friend and I are covered in blisters. The mattresses were probably contaminated. I am now in the emergency room because of the number of blisters. You must close — you are sending people to the hospital.

2.0The location is great and the lady at the reception was lovely, but the hotel has a serious bed bug problem. I only realized after my last night that the bites were from bed bugs, and now I have many all over my body, with new ones still appearing. After checking other reviews, it’s clear this issue has been going on for a long time. Avoid this place until it’s properly treated.

2.0I'll start with a positive, the hotel is excellently located and the staff are pleasant. But unfortunately the room we stayed in (55) was awful. The shower room was terrible and worse of all the room came with many biting insects. After just 2 nights we are covered head to toe in bite marks. As stated by other occupants the hotel needs a massive deep clean. Without doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever had
