8.0The Staff are fantastic. The Spa is really nice and relaxing. My son ordered wings on the second night and to our horror one of the wings had been partially eaten…my son asked me if I was playing a joke on him putting it back but I immediately got one of the managers to make him aware of this. To my disappointment, he said he would get us another basket and that he would “have a word with the kitchen”. My son declined the offer of another order of wings as the whole incident had made him lose his appetite. We were disappointed to see that the wings were not removed from the bill even though most of them were not eaten.
