déplorable, nous sommes partis 2 jours après notre arrivée.
2.0Rien n'était conforme à nos attentes. de plus nous avions payé un supplément pour avoir un studio supérieur ! Nous avons eu un studio PMR en RDC alors que nous avions bien spécifié 1 balcon sécurisé pour notre chien.
− la propreté du logement, des alèses et couettes, et des parties communes du logement. pas de rangements pour les vêtements.

− Ne pas être accueilli( ni entrée ni eu départ)on a vu personne de l’acceuil ,l’appartement balcon donnant sur des arbres (aucune visibilité), canapé très inconfortable, entrée bâtiment D de la résidence très vétuste ( sol tapis dangereux ),intérieur minimaliste et vétuste, coupure réseau TV régulier (tous les soir à partir de 22h durant environs 45mn),

10.0La vue depuis la résidence sur le cambre d'aze est incroyable et la résidence est toute proche du centre ville.
