Restaurant/bar nowhere near our usual experience. Will reconsider any further bookings.

− Bar unavailable until 19.00. Why? Meal - unacceptable, microwaved, unexciting, very poor quality - supermarket microwave meals much better (and they are not good). No one there to make a decision. Lone young woman, very pleasant but unable to alter “the rules”. No bread, butter, water until end of meal (young woman overwhelmed with people also checking in). No one in the restaurant ( used to be full). Sad. We have stayed there many time so this time was exceptionally disappointing.
