7.0The staff was great overall I think they are overworked and understaffed the hotel wasn’t the best but the staff were lovely and very kind and easy to talk to. The shampoo in the bathroom smelled very good. Overall great price for the quality

NEVER AGAIN!

− 1. Cockroaches 2. Room didn’t have a working phone 3. Remote was held together by tape 4. Cigarette burn holes on the furniture 5. Room didn’t have toilet paper 6. Room only had one towel that I had to return before I could get a clean one 7. Listing stated free breakfast well we woke up and got ready for my daughters tournament and the front desk claimed their worker didn’t show up so sorry no breakfast today 8. Coffee in the lobby was empty besides decaf , which was awful and when I poured it out there was mouse poop in it ! 9. Day two trying to get breakfast I was concerned cause the lady who was in charge of breakfast was tweaking BAD! It was enough for me to pull my child from in there and leave . 10. There were two gentlemen at the front desk were great but besides that it was one of the worse hotel experience ever! 11. Don’t let me forget THE CARPET WAS WET!!
