Comfiest beds ever - I'd return!
8.0The beds and bedding may have been the comfiest I've ever slept in! The day staff were very friendly. Sink in room was really handy as I booked a non-ensuite. It was a good price and overall I was very impressed with my stay. With beds that comfy, and with pets thankfully allowed - I'd definitely return! The Washington were also very accommodating of my special requests prior to arrival.
− The floor in my room was very creaky, carpet a bit stained, and the furniture could be updated. The night receptionist acted like it was weird I was there at all, not friendly - very different to the lovely day staff.

8.0Friendly staff, location is lovely, easy to get to main areas of interest, and bedroom was clean.
− No room service, so bads were not made for 2nd night and no change of 1 towel that needed it.
Very pleasant to stay here for the night.
6.0Great Location. Very nice staff. We could store our bags during the day in reception before check in and after check out. Breakfast included.
− We couldn’t get really cold water out of the bathroom tap. It was very hot up on the second floor. (Not really the hotel’s fault, it was exceptionally hot weather.
