Unfriendly and unhelpful rude staff
2.0My mum’s phone had been stolen and the hotel didn’t help at all. Their only response was “it’s not here” – I’d already realised that much myself. They wouldn’t contact me on my mum’s behalf, nor would they contact our tour guide. The staff are very unfriendly. Definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat.
