10.0The accommodation was very well.located, very clean, air conditioning worked very well. Towels changed daily, good pressure and heat in the shower. Coffee making facilities and cold fridge available in the room. Checkout and in was excellent, felt safe and accessible to all of Roma

− La cama estaba rota completamente, la ducha estaba tupida, el lavamanos tupido, la alcachofa de la ducha rota, la señora que nos atendió en recepción, no quiso solucionarlo, se fue de recepción dejándonos 3 horas solos. Nos estuvo gritando por que solicitábamos una cama para poder dormir esa noche, vendió nuestro habitación cuando salimos a buscar una solución. El manager no nos dio opciones, Booking nos hizo perder el tiempo completamente, sin duda todo fue un desastre

7.0The room itself was little, but equiped. The bathroom was old, but functional. The hotel is very near to the station Barberini, so it was easy to take the public transports.
− There was no breakfast room, but there was just a coffee mashine and a very tiny fridge in the room with butter, joghurts and jam. On the table, you had some croissants and rusk. We were told that we had to pay the water bottles in the fridge. I asked gluten-free options for my children, but they could not afford these options. So for me, there was no breakfast worth of the name.

3.0Decent location and that is about it.
− The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The room was in poor condition and clearly not well maintained. There was mold in the bathroom, including on the shower curtain. When we asked for a replacement, the new curtain was too short, so the bathroom floor flooded every time we took a shower. The hotel also kept turning off the air conditioning. After spending the day walking around Rome in the summer heat, it was frustrating to return to a hot room. The AC also blew dust and debris onto our luggage. Cleanliness was another major issue. The room did not seem to be properly cleaned between guests. The refrigerator smelled bad, we found garbage behind the nightstand while looking for an outlet, and my girlfriend even found bugs in her suitcase. The biggest concern was security. Guests were asked to leave their room keys at the front desk whenever leaving the hotel. The keys were attached to large metal keychains with the room numbers clearly visible, making it easy for anyone to identify which room they belonged to. It also appeared that anyone could enter the building by simply ringing the doorbell, making the whole system feel very insecure. Overall, this hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and security. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
