10.0We came this weekend to learn how they brew great craft beer at the brewery next door and to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends. When we arrived at 2pm Friday, with a major winter storm in the forecast, they offered a free upgrade...a room with a fireplace! They let us get settled in our room early and made dinner reservations at the brewery for me. This gave us the opportunity to rest before celebrating with friends and later meeting the brewers (we were here for the brewers weekend and ended up being the only participants). Saturday was spent with the brewers and ended with a huge beer pairing dinner in the farmhouse. This morning, staff were trying keep ahead with clearing snow. During breakfast, the innkeeper asked if he could clear anyone's vehicle of snow (already at least 5 inches). Laura, who works the front desk, assured me that if we can't leave in the morning because of the road situation, we still have a play to stay and be taken care of. She gave me the dinner menu so we wouldn't have to leave the facility in the snow. Btw, dinner was delivered on time, the soup and rolls were still warm. And I was surprised that they included a piece of Belgian chocolate cake. It was part of the beer pairing dinner and I had commented that it was wonderful. At this time, the snow has stopped, staff has kept the walkways and parking lots clear. We'll see about trying to head home in the morning. But it has been a wonderful weekend. Oh and this afternoon, they were grilling hot dogs and giving them away to those people working on the roads this afternoon. You only get service like this from locally owned businesses. This place is my first choice for when visit friends in Bloomsburg.

10.0Great room, the grounds are amazing as was the food. You will be greeted by friendly staff on arrival and departure. The waitresses are excellent.
Fantastic Place to Stay
10.0Decided to take a last minute trip while stain on our floor dried and stumbled across this place for our second night. WHAT a find!!! Great rooms, atmosphere, staff, and food. We had dinner at the Farmhouse and breakfast was included. Everything was high quality and the staff at the Inn and restaurant were friendly and professional. We've already scheduled a return visit!

10.0This is a hidden gem. The property is beautiful, the room was lovely, the staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the fact that we did not have to leave the property to have dinner.
