8.0Lovely location, great pool open from 8am-8pm with pool toys provided; pool noodles, floats etc... Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Our room had everything we needed.
− There was no hot water from either the shower or bath taps on our last day. I didn't report it as I thought maybe everyone else was using it and whatever system was used to heat the water couldn't keep up with demand, so can't really complain.

9.0Came in a heatwave, so really appreciated the pool. Lovely gardens and a sea view from our bedroom. Friendly, helpful staff.
− Dinners didn't seem exciting - spag bol etc. A bit of a walk or a short drive to the centre of Shanklin.
