Das Hotel überzeugt mit seiner schönen Lage und der guten Gastronomie.
7.0Das Hotel liegt wunderschön an einem Bach mit einem tollen Blick auf die Burg. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und man kann bei gutem Wetter wunderbar draußen sitzen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Allerdings wussten wir zuerst nicht, dass man sich auch Spiegeleier oder Omeletts bestellen kann, da dies nirgendwo ausgeschildert war. Das Essen in Restaurant ist sehr lecker.
− Lage & Lautstärke: Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Restaurant. Da es keinen Aufzug gibt, mussten wir unsere Koffer die Treppe hochtragen. Im Gang war es sehr laut – vor allem wegen einer großen Tür, die vermutlich zu einem Lagerraum des Restaurants führte. Zudem waren die Treppen im Flur schmutzig. Zimmerausstattung: Das Zimmer war zwar groß, hatte aber keinen Kleiderschrank, sondern nur eine kleine Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen. Badezimmer: Das Bad ist nicht mehr modern und sollte gründlicher gereinigt werden. Die Duschtür ließ sich leider nicht richtig schließen. Bett & Technik: Das Bett war sehr hart (was natürlich Geschmacksache ist), aber vor allem hat es stark gequietscht. Ich musste ein Kissen zwischen Rost und Matratze schieben, damit es etwas besser wurde. Der Fernseher hat leider geflimmert/geflattert. Service: Meine Tochter und ich waren für zwei Nächte dort. Das Zimmer wurde dazwischen nicht gereinigt. Wir haben lediglich auf Nachfrage von einer Mitarbeiterin frische Handtücher bekommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider nicht immer freundlich.
