10.0방 공간이 널고 깔끔하였어요. 특히 잠옷이 맘에 들었어요. 아침 조식도 맛나고. 긴자잇초메 역 바로 앞이라 그것도 좋았어요.
− 샤워헤드를 다른걸로 바꾸면 좋겠어요. 지금도 나쁘지 않지만.

7.0レトロな老舗感がとても良かったです。 清潔感もあり、朝食も他のホテルとは一味違うなと思わせてくれる内容で味も美味しかったです。
− チェックインが23時過ぎてしまい、男性2名と女性1名が受付にいましたが、1人の男性はまだ新人？と言っても50代後半に見えましたが他のスタッフに聞きながらの対応でした。 それは全く問題無いのですが、説明の仕方やルームキーの渡し方など所作が適当な感じで、他のスタッフは教え方も冷たい感じでせっかくホテルが良いのにスタッフがこれかぁと少し残念でした。
