10.0Fantastic art deco building in heart of Ginza. Staff were all excellent.

10.0The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. It was easy to catch a train to all the places we wanted to visit. And just a few blocks away. So were some attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

7.0Our initial room was too small. It was called and economy double but unable to safely open suitcases. Requested s larger room. There were none the first night butv2 andc3 there were. The second room was larger and suited us better. We did have to pay the difference. Staff helpful and moved my milk I had purchased to the new room along with the bags. Location was central which I liked.
− First room wasctoo small and bed against the wall which is not suitable for an older couple trying to get out of bed safely and with dignity eas hard. The questions below are for our I nitisl small and cramped room.
