1.0− The hotel burned down two months ago and neither Quality Inn nor Booking.com bothered to tell us. We pulled up to a pile of rubble. I appreciate that this is a minor inconvenience as compared to someone getting hurt in the fire or the complete loss of the business, but I thought there might be processes in place to advise booked guests that the reservation could not be completed.

Family vacation, barrier free, excellent for kids!
10.0The evening staff were fantastic - we discovered after check-in that grandparent in fact required a more barrier free room (with taller toilet and rail to assist with getting up) - staff were very helpful Nd accommodated our room change immediately, which was amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time. Breakfast was great too, really good value.
